Product Introduction
The Air Jordan 1 was launched in 1985 and was Nike's first basketball shoe named after Jordan, marking the beginning of an era. The inspiration for the appearance of the Air Jordan 1 came from the popular AirForce 1 at the time, while reducing the thickness of the midsole, reducing weight, and increasing the ground feel. It also used a rear Air Sole unit and the most classic wing logo from Nike's creative director Peter Moore at the time.
